I Recently Ripped PSX Ridge Racer and converted to Eboot for Psp CFW 5.00M33-3.
I liked, so when I saw this thought looks good, can confirm disc 1 converted to Eboot and working on Psp CFW 5.00m33-3 and working!!!

My 1st Post ever so hopefully correct!!!

ridge racer type 4 is best game in the series not even the psp versions were good as this.
