error when extracting, corrupt volume, wrong password, etc. i had test all 3 password, but still have the error, so do i have to redownload?

i might sound like a really really retarded idiot by asking this question, but is it possible to play burned games through my action replay disc? i remember it having some sort of weird freeloader option.

and i mean without having to buy a chip.
