naruto is better cause in 4 tails form he can kill probably anything with 1 hit despite the fact that it makes him ravenous and kills him as well so its like murder suicide
Let's recall shall we? Before, the fight in the Valley of the End, Can you say are they evenly matched? That's a no. Look into that fight, Sasuke have the 3rd Level Sharingan and he used the Cursed Seal but look at Naruto he fought Sasuke on a 1 tail form. What if Naruto have 4 tails at that time? Don't you think Sasuke will be able to go to Orochimaru if Naruto have his 4 tail before? To think of it Sasuke putted his everything on that fight 3rd Level Sharingan and used the Cursed Seal to it's limit. Naruto on the other hand only have 1 tail. Naruto could probably be the strongest unless Sasuke gets his Mangekyou Sharingan then it will be a different story.

Naruto's obviously going to surpass sasuke in the end because the show is called Naruto and it will lose a lot of fans if Naruto keeps up his good work and constantly gets beaten by Sasuke.
