Yeah I think the question was assuming you believed in God. a.if God created the universe he made the rules of physics so they don't really apply to him do they? b.the bible says the worlds cannot contain and for the concept of lifting to apply you need gravity. On the other hand the concept still remains and the question could be rephrased in many different ways that those fallacies don't apply to, however in asking that kind of a question we are applying human reasoning to a deity who in being a deity is beyond our comprehension and that can only end up making us look stupid. Hi guys, new here. Questions raised got me interested. Immanuel Kant, asked the better question in his Critique of Pure Reason: Can we really know these three things using human reason alone? Can we know of God? Can we prove that we are free? Can we prove the immortality of the soul? Funny thing is that he answers yes and no. We can, with reason, give cosmological and ontological give proof of the existence of God (and freedom, and immortality of the soul) -- but using reason also, we can prove empirically that God does not exist. This is called the antinomy of pure reason.
So if we speak of God, then we would have to settle it within the scope of our own beliefs or for the religious, faith. Our jobs, I guess, is not to shove our beliefs and faiths (atheism is also a belief and sort of a faith or certainty to something entirely uncertain) but rather live our lives a meaningfully as we can -- as we define it for ourselves.
That said, back to the leeching, and leave the debate to you folks. I'm currently reliving old glories with my EPSXE emulator -- Suikoden I and II still kicks major butt!
Seriously...This is crazy. Why do people get all revved up and start cursing about how stupid God is all the time like He's the ruined the world or something. With all due respect, people who talk like that are either in denial of something, or just want to complain.
