I am trying to play Dragon Ball Z legacy of goku 1 and 2 but one I try to run the game on No$cashgba it says it cant run on the hardware is it the emulator or my computer. i also tried Visual Boy advance the games aren't that new and i cant understand if it's my computer so what is going on.
Yeah about that i have the isp win but dont know what to do with it how do ipatch things up here i never seen or used this before for example to get Dragon ball z legacy of goku 1 ( and not get the message this game cannot run on the hardware foung being it also on other DBZ games) how do i get this to work how to patch it its confusing
Step #1: Under "File To Patch" click on the button. The "Open" dialogue box will pop up.
Step #2: Look for the ROM you want to patch. Click on it then click on "Open". The ROM name will now show up in the white box under "File To Patch".
Step #3: Under "IPS Patch To Use" click on the button. The "Open" dialogue box will pop up.
Step #4: Look for the patch you want to patch. Click on it then click on "Open". The patch name will now show up in the white box under "IPS Patch To Use".
Step #5: Now you can click on the button. Another screen will pop up showing some action. Then a small window will pop up with "File patched successfully". That's it! It's patched and ready to play.

THIS IS WRONG. THEY MUST SHARE THE SAME NAME TO WORK. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SAME NAME THEN RENAME THEM SO THEY WILL. *********************************************************************************
I tried it all including the resolution and the color and it will not pass because the game will not run on the hardware found you can try if you want but i am giving up i tried it all and it wont work so good luck anyone on that game
You can only patch it once. If you mess up you will have to delete the ROM and download it again and then patch.
MY SOLUTION TO THIS: MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ROM THAT YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY PATCHED ( Right click and copy-n-paste your ROM). YOU NOW HAVE A COPY OF YOUR ROM. THIS WILL SAVE YOU FROM DOWNLOADING IT AGAIN IF YOU MESS UP.
NOW TAKE YOUR ROM COPY PUT IN A FOLDER WITH YOUR IPS AND PUT IPS WIN IN THE SAME FOLDER . NOW GIVE YOUR ROM COPY THE SAME NAME AS YOUR IPS THEN FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE.
I figured out how to patch then a temporary file appears when i go out of ispwin the temporary goes away and i run the rom yet the same proble that it does not run

PUT IPS WIN & M7-GOKU.GBA (YOUR ROM) & IND-DBZF.IPS (YOUR IPS) ALL IN THE SAME FOLDER.
#2.TAKE YOUR IPS (ND-DBZF.IPS) & RENAME IT M7-GOKU.IPS. YOUR ROM M7-GOKU.GBA YOUR IPS M7-GOKU.IPS THIS IS CORRECT !!!
BAD EXAMPLE: M7-GOKU.GBA IND-DBZF.IPS THIS IS WRONG THE ROM AND IPS MUST SHARE THE SAME NAME !! *********************************************************************************8 #3 OPEN IPS WIN A SCREEN WILL COME UP . BROWSE FOR YOU FILE (ROM) M7-GOKU.GBA AND SELECT IT. NOW BROWSE FOR YOUR IPS THAT YOU RENAMED M7-GOKU.IPS AND SELECT IT.
NOW SELECT PATCH & IT WILL SAY PATCHED SUCCESSFUL !!

Sorry about that but i can patch it just fine. I get it all right it says file patched succesfully. But it still will give me the same message that it cannot run on the hardware found. You got a link where you got youre rom and ips. maybe the ips is not compatible i get 8192 kb on the rom and 19 kb on the ips
