Next, the following is also implemented as well to the warning system -
Posting Pictures - Any user posting a picture that is larger than 512 pixels by 512 pixels (either by one way, the other or both), will get a WARNING and will either have their picture Modded by a Mod and/or an Admin. If the picture can't be Modded, the picture will be removed. NO ADULT CONTENT EITHER! This will result in an immediate BAN!
Signature Pictures - Any user using a picture in their Signature that is larger than 512 pixels by 512 pixels (either by one way, the other or both), will get a WARNING, will have their Signature Picture reported to the Admins and removed by the Admins. NO ADULT CONTENT EITHER! This will result in an immediate BAN!
Avatar Size Limit - Any user using an avatar that is larger than 150 pixels by 150 pixels (either by one way, the other or both), will get a WARNING, will have their avatar reported to the Admins and removed by the Admins. NO ADULT CONTENT EITHER! This will result in an immediate BAN!
Token Threads/Topics - Creating a thread/topic just for tokens, rather it be for the request of tokens and/or token donations will result in the closing of the thread/topic and Warning(s) being issued.
Reviving Dead Topics - Any topic that hasn't had a reply made to it in over a month is considered to be a dead topic. *This doesn't apply to topics that are stickied since they are informational and/or helpful & this doesn't apply to posting a thank you in the Game Share section.*
Reviving a dead topic = 1 WARNING!
Double/Triple/Quad Multiple Posting - The same user making two, three, four or more posts right in a row without using the EDIT button. (This doesn't apply to the Chatbox due to lack of Edit button.)
Double Posting = 1 WARNING! Triple Posting = 2 WARNINGS! Quad or more Posting = BAN!
SPAM Posting - Posting nothing but a gibberish run of letters (asdfjkl;),making a post of less than four words or having a run of Emotes ( ) equals SPAM. *This doesn't apply to posting a thank you.* SPAM Posting - 1 WARNING!
Threats - Making threats to a Mod and/or an Admin will result in an immediate BAN! No WARNINGS!
Verbal Slander - Slander to a Mod and/or Admin will result in WARNINGS/BAN.
Posting Adult Content - Any adult content that gets posted (except for the "Jokes (18+)" thread) will result in a BAN.
Viruses - Posting, linking and/or sending a Virus of any type to any user (with proof) will result in WARNINGS/BAN.
All caps - Making a post in all capital letters will result in 1 WARNING.
Flame/Hate - Until there is a section made for such posts, WARNINGS will be issued. If you can't say something nice to somebody, then don't say nothing at all!
This system is also applied to the Chatbox as well, where it fits.

All rules are well thought out. I do question the "reviving a dead topic" rule. 1-Suppose a great topic is posted and a newbie with a lot of insight or information joins. He(she) can't make any comments? 2-What if anyone else is just too busy and misses a great post? They can't respond?

Second, to answer your questions. 1 - Create a new topic then and keep it fresh instead of reviving a dead topic. 2 - One months time is more than enough time to get on here and check out the posts that have been made. So the answer is no, they can't respond because then they would be reviving a dead topic which is against the rules!
So much shit to do and not enough time to do it all in!
