That's not his problem. It's either your ISP and/or MegaUpload that has a problem.

thx... now i dled the both part, and i extracted the files at my dekstop, but nid how only can play on pcsx2 0.9.6??? me noob... can teach me pls... i hope can play this game...

It's not a PS2 game. It's a PSX game. Get a PlayStation emulator and play it on that. Do a search for ePSXe!

Warlock77 is correct I can not fix this problem. It is Megaupload or most likely
your internet connection. Contact your internet provider.
