maybe u've done something wrong.... extracting, ur emu, plugins, or the game itself

crixalis is right did you extract it the right way? does your iso file has an extension like .iso .mdf or .img

uhh i extracted it then i converted the .img to eboot and thats it it works for the other psx games

waht emu are you using anyway?? does it require you to convert img files for you to play some certain games.. try using daemon and just mount the img file of digimon world 3..

DW2 works on PSP and epsxe.
DW3 doesnt work on PSP still i think(didnt on pops 3.70)
not sure if it doesnt on epsxe

dmw3 works.. i just tried it.. but sometimes the screen goes black for 2-3 sec and then normalizes.. hmm maybe its my config.. try to redownload.. cause the 1st time i tried it, it also didnt work..
