If you're interested in getting one, go here - http://www.kickgaming.com/simply-microsd-p-162.html. Right now it says that they are sold out and that they are on back order but this is the best place to go through to get it.
You'll also have to get a Micro SD card. You can get them cheap off of the internet. I got my 2G one from Tiger Direct. A lot cheaper than what you have to pay for it if you went to go and get one at a store.
Once you get it, you'll need to go here - http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ - and get the most up to date firmware for it (right now it's version 1.12). It's located under M3 Simply.
If you're interested in doing Homebrew, then make sure that you download the M3_DSS_ROM_Trimmer_v2.0.zip from there as well.
For updating Action Replay codes on the M3 DS Simply, go here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/505999 and follow everything that it says to do. Ignore their firmware update since it's just a little behind (version 1.11).
I've also come across a couple of emulators to run on the DS that will allow you to play NES and SNES games (ROMs) on your DS. I myself haven't tested them yet but if you're interested in them, let me know.
Also, if you need any ROMs (DS, NES and/or SNES), then let me know as well.
