so yea i'm new here but i'm not new to the PSP hacking....i'm in kuwait with slow ass internet at an army base and i exceded my DL quoata with only have 2 files complete and i'm just wonderin what i gotta do to get more DL's....cause i need lots because i'm the PSP hacker for the whole battallion....so yea i get game requests all the time and i heard this was the best site for it....so i need to know how i get more allowed downloads
