Do not share torrent files unless they go minimum 300kb/s.

as the title says. torrents are too unreliable to have on a direct-downlaod site.
but for example, if you get a torrent from bitgamer or blackcats-games WITH A VALID PASSKEY IN THE TRACKER, then they'll be just fine. public torrent sites like isohutn, mininova, piratebay, torrentspy, etc are ok too, but if you use those, again, MAKE SURE you get 300kb/s or higher d/l speed.

any thread with a torrent that doesn't go 300kb/s within a minute of starting will be deleted, but no warns will be given. if the topic maker creates another threrad with the same torrent, he/she will receive 2 wanrings for not reading announcements

Humm , I rather they just submit through file sharing sites like Mega Upload.
I like torrents but it's a pain to get them config right for decent speeds.
Anyway I don't think most that come here even know how to work a torrent, but that's just my opinion.
