just checked, tried d/ling the first link, got alerted of 5 attempts to alter my system folders, 3 attempts to change my regitry, and instead of downloading the iso, i was linked to http://freevideohub.com/index.php?id=1291&out=0
i know they are converting the psx game to the psp... i wonder if we can do the same converting the psp to the psx game... i wish someone know how to do that.... kohkoh

If you find out how to convert PSP to PSX let me know. I'm interested in how it would be done.
@majorwallas123 - They'll convert PSP to PC, via the emulator in my link above, before they ever convert PSP to PSX, if you means PSX > PSP its already being done. How? I don't know, but i bet Google does!
@Aerris - I don;t think they've gotten far enough to narrow down the system requirements but this guy says this "It is a fully working PSP, but now on your PC... As you see it is working, but it runs very slow. Maybe it is my PC (1.3Ghz/256MB RAM)" so If its his computer and you have a better computer than "1.3Ghz/256MB RAM" you should be good, IF its his computer. I just learned that article is 2 years old =D.As for the Hardware check for the 3 known emulators on www.ngemu.com it "remains to be known" Sorry, but hopefully there will be updates soon. Don;t worry Im going to get a feed directly from ngemu and ill report news as they come!
:EDIT: Of the 3 from ngemu, Potemkin doesn't seem promising, nor does Sam, its home site is no longer there might mean there is no more project, and the PSP Player is the only one that seems worthwhile. Though the creator is a full-time student and has a part-time job he doesn't have much time to work on this, but if you want a PSP emulator a lot faster, or if you just want your name on his work help him out, Please? heres his home page and, he is requesting help. http://code.google.com/p/pspplayer/.A quote from his FAQ

oh yeah as for the testing, sam is...the controls are hard to use, and remember. the gameplay is choppy, you push a button 4-5 seconds later it happens. i didnt really get to play i dont even know where my character was i died in 15 sec lol.
