Also if you are using torrents you should get Peerguarian2 and run that while downloading. It block IP's for lots of government sites that track online downloading. Also, once you get it check my forum post "All you torrent users" to download my expanded list I made and use that one.

well, also, with utorrent, there is no needed up/down client-sided ratio, so you can set your up to like 3kb/s, and download to unlimited. iirc, azerues is the only other one that can do that. but bittorrent even properly configured went about half speed download as utorrent does. maybe you didn't properly configurer ports?
