Try pete's plugin found on ngemu.com under graphics plugin. Try playing with the settings and see how it goes considering you use saved states lol.=)

If its going too fast configure your video plugin
active fbs limit and set it to 60.
the problem is solved via plugin not emulator.

and psxeven is better than epsxe .
