i havnt seen a topic dedicated for Code Geass yet so i decided to make one... Code Geass is my current fav anime out of all the anime that i have seen (70+ anime and 20+ manga). although the story is not as good as Death Notes but i simply love the characters the story revolves around as well as the action presented in the series. please post your opinions on, what i consider, a really well done anime.
I skimmed through a few clips of it... seems pretty good. I doubt ill watch the whole series but im sure if anyone is into the Robot, mech or mobile suite type of anime they would love it.
Code Geass is awesome . Season 1 wasn't too great and the to be continued at the end was very annoying but finally season 2 is out and so far has been a blast!
And it's not just because I'm a mech fan lol. I recommend anyone who likes action, twists, and especially mechs to check it out!
Synopsis: Code Geass is about a college student name Lelouch who has this uncanny ability at being 1 step ahead of the game; he is a strategist. The story starts off with him meeting a mysterious green headed girl name C.C. who in turn grants him the ability to control people's minds. With his new found ability, Lelouch seeks vengeance upon his father, whom is presently king and ruler of Britania (formerly Japan). Along the way he gains accomplices and a dual identity as his quest for truth begins to unfold. Will he fight for freedom, or be consumed by his own self-centered hatred? Find out in the anime!

It's not even a mecha anime, sure it's got mechs (Knightmare Frames) in it, but it's not a mecha anime. Shows like Gundam are Mecha, this isn't... This is more based around the whole "liberation of Japan" and the Geass.
Definitely my favourite anime. And I loved season 1, not as much as season 2 (R2), but still.. Brilliant anime.. However, if you're not one for constant twists, then you might not like it... The only problem with it is that it's still being aired.. So you have to wait unitl Sunday/monday until you can watch the next episode (and currently IT'S REALLY PAINFUL TO WAIT!!).
Code Geass rockzors me boxors I've only like watched 24 eps of the first season and I'm luvin it...unfortunately veoh is not available in my country anymore, if only I knew where to find more eps "Convert the Weak, Purge the Wicked, Honor the Righteous."
