I believe PSPTube can play .flv files. I know that you can dload streaming videos right onto your PSP with this app as well as watch them right on your PSP.
So I suggest you give it a try and look into it a bit more. It's an awesome app.

The thing is that I have many videos i want to save in my psp but all of them are in flv format and i try many video converter programs but none of them was able to convert the video. Btw thanks, i'll try out the psptube.
Yes i was able to convert my .flv files. I just need to update my Windows movie maker.
