when I input gameshark codes on the visual boy advance emulator it says it is for another game. what is wrong?

p.s. How do i put action replay codes in the emulator It is the european version of gameshark and i should put in two action replay codes as one

the game I am looking for codes is the megaman battle network series.

@ chewy - he did say what games "the game I am looking for codes is the megaman battle network series" almost all the codes for any battle network game are the same, very few are different from what i've seen

@dragon7 - visual boy isn't good at handling codes. i recomend using Boycott Advance if you plan on using codes - it seems to work better.

xuphor, he said "i am looking for codes", when before he said "when i input gameshark codes", so i assume hes talking about 2 different games as before it sounded as he already had the codes, or i may just be dull

he think the codes are invalid, so he wants different codes to see if those will work. i think.

okay when I put in action replay codes as gameshark codes, they do not work and it says it is for another game so I input the european gameshark codes (the codes say [EUR] on the website if there european) and they work but if the codes are there in american only(like summon night swordcraft story) they also work I looked on the offical visual boy advance website and it says enter each 2 AR codes as 1 gameshark code but I tried that and they are still invalid

P.S. Summon night was just recently relased and I got a ROM for it neat huh I guess you can make GBA roms faster than others.

Um... actually, if it's just saying "The codes might not work with this game" or whatever, just ignore it. The codes MIGHT still work. Keyword being MIGHT. Just test the code as if you knew it worked, and see what happens. (I get that message a lot on Pokemon, especially with Master Codes.)
