True, the game was never officially translated, but there WAS an unofficial translation. I actually HAVE the ips translation patch for "Front Mission", but it's more than 200 kilometers away, in my hometown I should go there during this weekend and, hopefully, I'll upload it on saturday or sunday, if not sooner.

It took me about 30 seconds... Anyway, you'll need the japanese rom of the game and preferably ZSnes. It SHOULD work with other emulators, too, but I tested it on ZSnes and know it works on it.
