This game contains 2 stories: "Black", in which you play as boy named Setsuna, and "Red", in which you play as girl named Mirai. Both kids end up in demon world called Makai and get a devil partner. You can talk with demons in random encounters and even pursuade them to join you. After that, you can train them, fuse them together, teach them new attacks... The game has 3 different endings with each kid.
