I'm thinking about making a change from world of warcraft to aion but from what i hear there is quite a bit of a grind here and there. Personally I can deal with a few grinding but if its anything like maple story then ill pass.
got it a few days ago, won it in a contest actually. only got to lvl 20 in wow, and am about that lvl in aion now. imo aion is a lot less grindy, the overall story is better, and if you have a decent computer, it's just downright gorgeous. there's also the fly anywhere in certain parts and sky battles that are fun. the trade off for nearly total flying is that there are no mounts of any kind.
still though, aion outranks wow by a long shot to me. if you're sick of wow, i'd definatly give it a shot. i'm on the Ariel server, pm me if you decide to try it for my char name
Yea Aion is a nice break from wow, but I still like wow gameplay better. Both are good MMO's imo but I wouldn't compare them like that, each is different. Like picking out girls haha.
