shall we find some way to try and grow it? or at least find some kind of cool interaction between those of us here?
to be more specific, like find a game that we could play together, this time not an mmo something more match based that you can pick up and play and is a little more friendly to the people with little time?
It's already in the works. NewUser03 is going to be up dating the whole board (hopefully shortly). Don't know if it's going to have any new features or not (direct downloads will return - if all else fails, use our Game Share section people).
Starting 12/31/09, I'm going to start breathing in some new life into the whole gaming section of the board with my focus being on the PS2, GameCube, Wii, DS and Emulation scene. On December 31st, 2009 though, I'm going to post a thread titled "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of 2009 Gaming" (Aerris knows this from CrossWorlds) where I focus on everything in nut shell that dealt with everything in gaming focusing on consoles and handhelds (sorry, no PC).

Not when it comes to gaming. When it comes to the PC and gaming, people automatically think MMO (maybe The Sims). And when people think MMO, they think WOW. As far as 2009 is concerned with PC and gaming, WOW gives you more expansions and then there's The Sims 3. And to me, that's an overall rating of 2/10!

pc is my main platform warlock, and i HATE wow and sims games. stop thinking that what you say is always right, it's not. i know MANY other people that perfer pc gaming, half of whom don't play any mmorpg, sims games, or any other "life simulator" or online game period.
also, am i imagining this, or are you really hammering jesterzero into the ground in most every place he's where you are?
great games like bioshock and all kinds of rts games that aren't possible on consoles, wc3 happens to be one of my favorite games ever, also there is the fps factor, as rps is just more accurate and often time more beutiful and immersive on pc imo
but yes, pc game are prettier for me anyway. my monitor is 2048x1152, higher than 1080p. if someone actuallys saves their money for pc stuff as much as a console system when it first comes out, they really can get a decent gaming pc.
i didn't mean that bioshock was an exclusive, but the pc can play a lot of games like that that are also on consoles, and emulation is free on pc not so much on consoles

I never said anything about me being always right Xuphor. Chill dude. But seriously, has anything specifically come out for the PC in 2009 that wasn't out on a console? Besides, when I do my The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, it's about consoles and handhelds. PCs are off in their own bracket. What can you compare a PC to though when it comes to gaming? A Mac? If that's the case, the PC wins hands down.

don't call me dude. you compare it to a 360 or ps3, or whatever the current gen of systems are. when it comes to multi-console games, the pc version wins hands down nearly everytime in my opinion.
still though, we just have different opinion. just remember that some people (including me) perfer the pc version of multi-platform games, they run better, look better, and often times contorl better to me. don't think that consoles rule over all to everyone.
