I wanted to talk about some games:

1:metal gear solid 4:

Anybody feel that this game itself was pretty good but still not as good as the previous game? I feel like it was a bit of a letdown as it felt more like a medal of honor. The game itself had too many movies and moved from place to place, this kept you from feeling like you are exploring and more like you are just following orders. Also, why no chaff grenades? why so few? metal gear solid 4 did have its strong points, like:Metal gear rex vs metal gear ray battle was awesome, and snake eater song going on when you are beating up revolver ocelot was a pretty epic scene.

These things i think make the game a little overrated,it is better than the first metal gear solid, but i think that metal gear solid 3 is better in gameplay.

Resident evil 5:

When you think albert wesker you think:how can it go wrong?

Man was i wrong about that, how could they have messed up so bad?

They made albert wesker into a stereo typical villain. He used to be so cool in resident evil code veronica x,then they messed him up by overacting and making him over explain himself.

To add more hurt, what ever happened to the fear in resident evil series? sure, the 4th one was not bad and i had a lot of fun,but re5 is even less a survival horror than re4 is,and re4 isn't even scary.

I haven't played Resident Evil 5 , however I have almost all the other Resident Evil
games.

My response : Albert Wesker always has overacted and over explained himself.Remember the ending of Resident Evil 1 ? He also overacts and over explains himself in Resident Evil Code Veronica X.Still he is cool to me and one of my favorite villains. Overacting and Over explaining is part of being a Super Villain.

My response : Those dam dogs that jump through the windows in Resident Evil 1
scare me every time. I agree the others are less scary but RE4 does have some
scary moments with the Chainsaw Maniacs,Garrador (the blind monster with the long blades),an the Regenerator's and Iron Maiden's.If that doesn't scare you then you've been playing this game too much. I can't speak for RE5 , I haven't played it.

He seemed different in re code veronica x.
For one,he didn't seem to be the stereotypical cliché villain

I still get scares from re1 actually, and re code veronica x.

But re4 and re5 don't scare me much or nearly none.

salvador appears too often and this makes it a lot less scary

Try playing RE4 with surround sound! You'll start looking behind a lot more at every sound!

My response :

Albert Wesker overacts and over explains himself to Claire in front of the mansion in Resident Evil Code Veronica X after he beats her up and lets her go.

My response as for RE4:

I agree Salvador does appear a lot but that's part of the story. The Chainsaw Maniacs,Garrador (the blind monster with the long blades),an the Regenerator's and Iron Maiden's are still very scary unless you watch too many Horror Movies .
