I played this game WAY to long. I made 1 character to lv 84 and another to 73. And I have to say this game is a pathetic story.
this game take a shit load of time to ever be respected. It takes like 1 hour to make 10% so it takes basically 10 hours to lv once after lv 20's.
What makes me dispise it so now is that the community is the worst! You have the scrubs that kiss your ass when your a high lv but will ignore you if your a low lv.
you have the LOSERS yea thats right LOSERS who feel like there gods for having an online girl friends (which is usually a guy pretending to be a girl for free stuff)
and you have to hackers ...I never really had that much of a problem but the fact that the ppl who run the game ... pretty much pampers them.
they can hack to lv 70 ( which takes a year ) in like 1 month and as punishment ... they cant go online for like 1 month ... ohh noo !!! And that looks bad on us who play fair and waste so much time while others keep there game on and sleep gaining lvs.
Seriously this game is really, really, really crap because the community seems like is loaded with ppl under 12 (when most adults play it ) you have to pay for items that make the game really easy (nx items) and worst of all ... it takes 1 year to get to lv 70 ... and personally lv 70 is nothing ...
coming from someone who played this game for over 2 years... dont bother cause here is the main concept .... train, train and then train ... nothing else. thats why there is no sotry-- critiques would have a field day on this crap if they heard it
I totally Disagree BIG TIME !!! I totally love Maple Story and you can meet lots of people ( thats real people ) the Story is great because its more about what you do ( its you that really determines the story , so if your a boring person your game will be boring ) . Hell you can find a chick and get married for God Sakes and if it dosen't work you can divorce and no big deal ! All though if you prefer battles thats no prob either. You just have to build yourself up just like all RPG's.

However I was forced to take it off my computer because the game is HUGE and takes a lot of space on your computer.
